Every shop in Lebanon has the notebook: who owes what, and since when. Vertex Suite keeps the same book and does the sums.
Dollars and lira
Prices in dollars, totals in both, change in whatever the drawer has. At your rate, worked out for you.
At 89,500 LL per dollar, rounded up to the nearest 1,000. The customer pays with any mix of notes; the till says what to hand back.
Dollars and lira are counted apart, all the way to the end of the day. They are never quietly added together.
